Shipping and Processing
A tracking number is emailed to you when we create a label and begin working on your order. If you do not receive a tracking number please feel free to email us and we will gladly look into it.
Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your friends/family members + neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider.
We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
