Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: As of right now we are only shipping within the United States and Canada. However, we are working hard to figure out how we can potentially ship outside of the U.S. and Canada in the future.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Our order processing time is 5-7 business days (This does not include weekends). Shipping delivery time is 3-7 Business days from the processing date. Orders are always shipped out on Mon-Wed. Please note that pre-order items have different processing times, and can take up to 3 weeks. Be sure to refer to the description in the item for more details. Q: When Will I get my Pre Order Item?

A:  All Pre-Order items are made to order. It takes us 3 weeks to make pre orders, as well as to process and ship them. Please refer to the description in your pre order item for further information.

Q: My order says delivered but I don't have it, what do I do?

A:  Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your shipping provider. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

Q: My candle was damaged in transit, what do I do?

A: Please contact us and send photos of damaged products as well as the box it came in. We can help you from there! More information can be found here.

Q: Can I exchange my candle for a different one?

A: Due to the fact that all of our products are hand made in small batches, all sales are final and we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Q: Are your products cruelty free?

A: Our products are cruelty free and vegan! We do use mica in our candles, however the mica we use is  FDA-Approved, Cosmetic Grade Mineral Mica that is manufactured to be vegan, stainless and cruelty free.

Q: Are your products pet safe?

A: Our products are made with 100% soy wax and all of our fragrances are clean scents, meaning that they are phthalate-free and free of materials known to be carcinogenic. We both have pets at home so we know how important it is to keep them safe and healthy. We do however recommend keeping any open flames away from your pets and practicing proper safety measures while using our products.

Q: Will you ever restock your [INSERT NAME] candle?

A: As the months change, so do our candles. We have a core set of products within our line but we also have smaller limited edition runs of special candles. Don't worry! These candles will return from the grave, when the time is right. We do a restock once a month. Follow us on IG or subscribe to our email list for updates.

Q: Are you planning on making a [INSERT NAME] candle?

A: We have already planned our launches for the year, so keep a look out! Chances are, whatever you're asking for will be available at some point. We are really excited to share all of the future tricks and treats we have up our sleeves! Stay tuned, and as always, thanks for the support!
